Meet the Team

Rebekah Knauf, LPC

Senior Associate

Rebekah began her therapist journey in 2020 and is passionate about helping others grow and change their lives. She loves helping her clients realize they have more power and control in their lives than they know, take ownership, and gain the tools they need to begin making changes. She works with adults 18+ primarily with trauma (religious, sexual, complex trauma) relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, and overall life stresses.

Education & Theoretical Orientation

Rebekah received her B.A. in Communication with a minor in Psychology and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Her theoretical orientation is rooted in Adlerian and existentialism with a person-centered application as well as narrative and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and is trained in EMDR.

My interest in mental health comes from my own experiences both personal and through connecting with others. I love growing and working on my own mental health as I show others how to begin working on theirs.

I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy walking downtown in my city, eating at local restaurants, watching the sunrise, and sitting at coffee shops while writing and focusing on my own mental wellness.

Katie McClure, LPC-A

Associate

In 2022, Katie’s counseling journey began from a deep desire to understand people and support them through life’s most challenging moments. She knew early on that she wanted to be the kind of person others could turn to when they felt overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where her clients can be heard, understood, and empowered. She primarily works with adolescent, teen, and adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem challenges, and overall stressors.

Education & Theoretical Orientation

Katie received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience and her M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has received a certification in Psychology First Aid (PFA). She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and has received tele-mental health training to address virtual needs.

Her theoretical orientation is rooted in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and person-centered as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is a trauma-informed therapist and incorporate Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

My interest in mental health started as a personal journey. Over time, that personal curiosity turned into a professional calling. I believe in the power of therapy to bring healing, growth, and connection.

I love hanging out with my friends and family! I enjoy spending time with my cat, trying new restaurants, reading, having coffee on my porch, and journaling.
